Every order is packed in tamper-proof, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside, for your safety and privacy. Jewellery is secured with protective padding and shipped along with the original invoice and hallmark certificate.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website, or simply message us for an update.
Since high-value jewellery requires a verified handover, a signature is mandatory at the time of delivery. If you're unavailable, the courier will typically attempt redelivery 2–3 times before returning the shipment to us. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately, or reach out within 48 hours with photos of the packaging.
Currently, we ship only within India. If you're located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us directly to check feasibility, customs duties and shipping costs.
